Sofi.ai Self Service Intelligent Assistant for ServiceNow can help clarify intent and determine the most appropriate information to provide or action to perform. Sofi.ai can also integrate with external systems to perform automated actions.
In the first part of this video, Sofi.ai assists a customer that has an issue with logging into a system. Just like a her human counterparts, Sofi.ai, asks which system they are having difficulties with and provides some knowledge that may be useful. Sofi.ai hen asks clarifying questions to determine the best course of action, and finally guides the customer to clear their locked session.
In the second, part of the video, we demonstrate how Sofi.ai is able to guide the customer through the password reset process using an integration with a Active Directory password reset automation tool.
