Sofi.ai enables customers to engage with the ServiceNow Service Portal using natural language queries. Think of it like ‘Siri’ for ServiceNow. Customers can ‘say’ to Sofi.ai what they are looking for or trying to do and Sofi.ai will engage with them to narrow down the most appropriate response or artifact to navigate them to in the Service Portal.
In this video, Sofi.ai helps the customer navigate to, and complete a Service Catalogue item for ordering a new iPhone.
